My daughter has been coming here since March of 2020. It not only helps her with her focus and confidence she started competing on the team and loves it. We not just joined a karate school, we came into a supportive, loving, caring 2nd family. Mr. Tarr is so patient with all his kids. He really takes the time to work with each individual. Everyone is different and everyone learns differently. I would highly recommend this dojo if you're looking for something for your child to learn focus, concentration and confidence among many other skills.

Our son started karate at Mid Ohio Karate 4 Kids in September. He absolutely loves it! Mr Tarr is very patient with each individual but also demands you give 110% when you are in his building. He makes you stronger physically and mentally. He understands your strengths and weaknesses. He is not there to tear you down. He wants to make you stronger and accountable for your actions! Great life lessons for these kiddos. I would definitely recommend karate classes at this school!

We love the family atmosphere of Mid Ohio Karate for kids. We are blessed beyond belief to have such an experienced teacher in Fredericktown. Master Tarr truly cares about each student and he and his family work very hard at making every student the best they can possibly be. He truly embraces the studios mission not just making the students strong physically, but strong in mind, body, and spirit.
